Our Program

Who We Serve

  1. Veterans:
    • The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) reports that on any given night, over 33,000 veterans experience homelessness in the U.S., often compounded by substance use or mental health issues. For those who have served our country, the need for secure recovery housing is critical to helping them regain stability.
  2. Individuals in Recovery:
    • According to the National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH), nearly 21 million Americans struggle with substance use disorders. Many face the challenge of finding stable, supportive environments where they can achieve long-term recovery. Without access to secure recovery housing, the path to sobriety becomes even more difficult.
  3. People Facing Housing Insecurity:
    • As reported by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), on any given night, more than 582,000 people in the U.S. are homeless. Many of these individuals are struggling to escape the cycle of poverty and instability. Safe and affordable housing is not just a need—it’s the foundation for regaining dignity and control over one’s life.
  4. Low-Income Individuals:
    • 8.2 million adults in the U.S. live in poverty, many of whom struggle with substance use disorders. Without affordable housing options, their chances for recovery and independence are severely limited. Recovery housing provides them with a lifeline to rebuild their lives.

These statistics highlight the urgent need for safe, supportive and affordable housing in our local communities. By offering this type of housing, New Pathway Foundation provides a critical service to our most vulnerable populations, empowering them to transform their lives, achieve lasting recovery, and create a brighter future.

Our Homes

Our homes are single family homes in great neighborhoods throughout Orlando and surrounding areas. We are Level II Recovery Homes that support Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders. We provide fully furnished homes that offer a sense of community in a clean and sober living environment. We offer our residents a peaceful, safe and secure atmosphere where they can focus on healing and regaining their independence. One key benefit of shared living homes is the sense of camaraderie and understanding that residents share. Being surrounded by others who are also committed to improving their lives creates a support system that fosters accountability and encouragement.
