About Us
Our Story
New Pathway Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to providing life-changing housing solutions for our most vulnerable populations. Founded in July 2024 by Lynessa Betts and Vivian Dervan, we were inspired by Frank and Sherri’s national movement to serve those in need and make a positive impact in our community. We believe that everyone deserves a second chance to rebuild their lives, regardless of the challenges they have faced. Our primary focus is on providing safe and stable housing for individuals overcoming substance use disorders and those experiencing housing insecurity. Our mission is grounded in the belief that secure housing is the foundation for personal transformation.

Our Mission
Our Vision
The heart of New Pathway Foundation is to create inclusive communities where every individual, regardless of their background or circumstance, has access to safe, supportive and affordable housing. Our purpose is to not only provide housing but to be a source of hope, empowerment, and lasting change. By creating a secure and nurturing space, we give people the foundation they need to break free from the cycle of addiction and homelessness. Through our efforts, we strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve, helping them create a brighter, more stable future. Through collaborative efforts, we envision that together, we can transform lives and communities, creating a pathway where new journeys begin.
